All Sales Final

Because disposable vapes are consumable products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused and still in its original packaging.

  • You provide clear photos or video proof of the issue.

  • Send your request to support@buyrazvapes.com with your order number and details.

Once we review and confirm the issue, we may provide:

  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability), OR

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only offered under limited situations such as:

  • Out-of-stock items.

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
